We are looking for a Business Development Intern in our team.
Responsibilities:
> Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, industry research, and referrals
> Develop a strong understanding of our agency’s services, capabilities, and competitive advantages to effectively pitch and promote our offerings to potential clients
> Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target industries, sectors, and potential clients for business growth
> Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and project managers, to develop strategic plans and proposals for client pitches
> Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and differentiate our agency from competitors
> Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and represent the agency, fostering relationships and generating leads
> Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including progress against targets, new leads, and client feedback, to the management team
> Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
> Must be pro-active
> Good at communication both in Bangla & English
> Ability to take the workload
> Intention to work for a long period of time
