We are looking for a Client Servicing Associate in our team.
Responsibilities:
> Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
> Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
> Maintain and update client information in agency databases
> Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
> Prepare and present reports to clients on project progress and results
> Attend client meetings and provide support as needed
> Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market research to inform client strategies
> Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for clients
> Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
> Must be pro-active
> Good at communication both in Bangla & English
> Familiarity with marketing and advertising principles is a plus
> Ability to take the workload
> Intention to work for a long period of time
