Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and grow into a future creative director. The ideal candidate will gain exposure to different aspects of creative advertising while working closely with experienced professionals to develop essential industry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Work closely with clients or creative directors to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements. Develop creative concepts and storyboard ideas for video projects
🔹 Utilize software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other animation software to create motion graphics, visual effects, and animations that align with project goals and brand guidelines
🔹 Design and create assets including illustrations, icons, typography, and other visual elements to be used in video productions
🔹 Edit video footage, audio tracks, and other media elements to assemble a cohesive final product. Incorporate transitions, effects, and other enhancements to improve visual appeal and storytelling
🔹 Develop motion graphics elements such as lower thirds, title sequences, and animated logos to enhance video content and maintain brand consistency
🔹 Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, illustrators, videographers, and editors, to ensure seamless integration of visuals and content across all media channels
🔹 Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools
🔹 Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
🔹 Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
✔️ Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
